Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of your order. (Order date)
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by a unique statement (E.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or E-Mail) of your decision to revoke this agreement. You can use the enclosed pattern cancellation text for this, which is however not required.
It is sufficient that you submit the notice of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline. The right of withdrawal is waived once you have booked your table and notified us of your guest list.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, all payments that we have received from you including the delivery charges (except the additional costs arising that you have chosen a different type of delivery as offered by us, best standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your revocation of the agreement with us. For this redemption, we use the same payment method you have used in the original transaction.
We may refuse refund until we have ensured you have not already consumed any of the items laid out in the contract i.e. 1) Confirmed booking and nominated guests 2) Turned up and consumed all or part thereof the goods. You are responsible the direct cost of returning the goods.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours without penalty. Cancellations inside the 24h will be charged a €10 administration fee per booking. This may be waived in exceptional circumstances.
