Hey, we are currently hiring at the Brass Monkey. We are a well known seafood / tapas restaurant on the West Pier in Howth, just 5 minutes walk from the Howth DART station.
A Senior Chef with minimum 3 years grill experience with a strong knowledge of fish is required for immediate start. Generous package to the right candidate includes very competitive rates of pay. No split shifts. Meals included. Flexible roster.
- Must have up to date HACCP.
- Must have experience of ordering for a busy kitchen.
- Strong team player.
- Must have relevant permits to work on Ireland.
- Fluent English is essential.
